VIRTUAL ORGANIZING SESSION | $125 HR

Face-to-face video chats provide the accountability for projects in motion or the creation of a customized organization plan for your space.  Sessions will cover organizing advice (or socially distanced hand-holding) of editing, sorting and designing a functional, aesthetic layout.

SURROGATE MOVING SERVICES | $230 HR

Contactless moving management from start to finish - beginning with a video chat walkthrough of your space and belongings, the creation of a custom move plan, followed by any purging, on to packing then on to the truck.  For a seamless, hands-free, hassle-free move. (team of two organizers)

in-person rates

ORGANIZING SESSION | $150 HR

Consider this ‘Space Therapy’.  A one-on-one focus checking off your to do list, removing the clutter, refining your space, and designing with your things for functionality and personalized aesthetic. Embracing that the time we have is now, and you deserve a sanctuary.

MOVING SERVICES | quoted to project

Moving preparation or full move management to support you in your space transition.  Service options include: downsizing for prep, packing, moving company coordination, new destination unpacking.  (team of two to four organizers)

SENSITIVE TRANSITIONS | quoted to project

Life is all the things, and we don’t have to do it alone. Through grief, orientation transition, or managing a home while managing anxiety/ADHD/OCD, decisions and emotions can feel amplified. With mindfulness, support and a smile, the process can be productive, positive and hopefully offer you a sense of peace. (offered as a one-on-one experience or with a team depending on the project goals and timeline)

HOME STAGING | $230 HR

With a focus on occupied homes/rental units, this process supports owners, renters and real estate agents to prepare spaces with clients during this transition. A mindful third-party filter to open the space for new energy, highlight unique features with existing decor, and, if needed, recommend strategic buys. (team of two, may include an organizer/cleaner/designer dependent on space needs)

Each trip is quoted specifically based on number of days, location, time of year, and number of team members. The quote is inclusive of hotel, airfare, and expenses.

We will schedule a 20 minute phone consult in advance of each project. Discussing your space, goals and vision.  There is a $75 deposit for the consult, which is then deducted from the first project invoice.  Sessions are at a 4 hour minimum.

In-person consultations (non-deductible) start at $350.

Dear Mess, takes the environment seriously.  We do a lot of decluttering, it only feels right to do our part for the environment.  Inclusive of our rates, we are happy to manage your donations.
